7. Refund Policy (Digital Programs and Products)

Because Evolutionary Body System® offers self-guided digital programs with immediate access, the following refund policy applies:

  • Refunds are available within three (3) days of purchase, provided the program or materials have not been substantially accessed or downloaded.
  • After this three-day period, all sales are final.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact page.
  • Refund eligibility is determined at the Company’s sole discretion based on access and usage records.

This policy applies to digital programs and resources sold directly through this Site.
Physical products or third-party purchases are subject to their respective policies.

Additional Promotional Pricing Terms

Programs or digital products purchased through promotional offers, discounts, limited-time pricing, or special campaigns may be designated as final sale. In such cases, purchases made under promotional pricing are not eligible for refunds, regardless of the standard refund window.

By completing a purchase using promotional pricing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and understand that the purchase is final sale as stated in this refund policy.

8. No Guarantees or Outcomes

Evolutionary Body System® does not guarantee results, outcomes, or transformations of any kind.

Any descriptions of benefits are educational in nature and do not constitute promises or assurances. Individual experiences vary based on numerous factors outside the Company’s control.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For unlawful purposes
  • To infringe intellectual property rights
  • To interfere with site security or functionality
  • To submit false, misleading, or abusive content
  • To attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice if these Terms are violated. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the stated refund policy.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Contra Costa County, California, on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

17. Non-Transferability and Assignment

Your right to access and use the Site and its content is personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, sublicensed, or shared without prior written consent from Evolutionary Body System® LLC.

Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation of these Terms is void.

18. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolutionary Body System® LLC regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
