Welcome to the Affiliate Program

Thank you for joining the Holistic Growth Reset Affiliate Program by Evolutionary Body System. As an affiliate, you are a vital part of our mission to help others achieve lasting wellness and transformation. This document provides important details about how the program works, how you get paid, and what you need to know about your tax obligations.

Affiliate Program Overview

The Holistic Growth Reset Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by promoting our transformative wellness program. Upon signing up, you will receive three unique affiliate links in your account, each corresponding to one of our program packages. You can share these links with potential customers to start earning commissions. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Commission Rate: You will earn a 20% commission on every sale made through your unique affiliate links. Additionally, as an extra incentive, you'll receive a $100 bonus for every five sales you make.
  • Program Duration: The program runs continuously, allowing you to earn commissions as long as you remain an active affiliate.
  • Support: We provide marketing materials, including banners, email templates, and promotional videos, to help you effectively promote the program.
  • Exclusive Affiliate Bonus: As a special reward for your first successful sale, you’ll unlock complimentary access to our Holistic Essentials package. This bonus is designed to help you deepen your understanding of the program and enhance your promotional efforts. Affiliate course access will be granted after your first successful sale, provided you have submitted your payout information and the 5-day refund period on the client’s course purchase has passed. Access to the course will not be available until these conditions are met.

How You Get Paid

  • Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out via PayPal on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payments are processed only after the refund period for the Holistic Growth Reset Program has cleared. Here’s how it works:

    • Sales from the 1st to the 7th of the Month: Payments for these sales will be processed and issued on the 15th of the same month, provided the refund period has cleared.

    • Sales from the 8th to the 21st of the Month: Payments for these sales will be processed and issued on the 1st of the following month, provided the refund period has cleared.

    • Sales from the 22nd to the End of the Month: Payments for these sales will be processed and issued on the 15th of the following month, provided the refund period has cleared. 

  • Tracking: Your earnings are tracked in real-time through your affiliate dashboard, which you can access at any time to monitor your clicks, conversions, and commissions.
  • Taxable Earnings: In order to comply with IRS regulations, and to ensure you receive a 1099 form if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we need to collect specific information from you. This includes your name, address, and Social Security Number (SSN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN). You can submit this information via the provided form here. Payouts will be held until this information is received.

Refund Policy and Fees

Refund Policy:

  • Commissions are only earned if no refunds are issued within the program's 5-day refund period. If a customer requests and receives a refund within 5 days of their purchase, no commission will be paid out for that sale.

Fee Policy:

  • PayPal transaction fees will be deducted from the commissions earned. For example, if you earn a $1,000 commission on a sale and PayPal fees amount to $30, your net commission payment will be $970. For details on PayPal’s transaction fees, please visit PayPal Fee Structure.

Tax Information

As a participant in the Holistic Growth Reset Affiliate Program, you are responsible for understanding and complying with tax obligations related to your affiliate earnings.

U.S.-Based Affiliates:

  • 1099-NEC Requirement: If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, you will receive a 1099-NEC form from us for tax reporting purposes. This form will report the total amount of commissions you earned. You are responsible for reporting this income on your tax return.
  • Information Submission: To comply with IRS regulations, you must provide certain information (such as your SSN or EIN) before your first payout. This information is necessary for tax reporting purposes, and you can submit it using the form here.

International Affiliates:

  • W-8BEN Form: If you are not a U.S. resident, you may need to submit a W-8BEN form. This form certifies your foreign status and may allow you to claim a reduced tax rate based on any applicable tax treaties between your country and the United States.   • Tax Obligations: Please consult with a tax professional in your country to understand your specific obligations related to income earned through this program.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you play a key role in promoting the Holistic Growth Reset Program. Here are some key responsibilities:

  • Ethical Promotion: Promote the program ethically and in line with our brand values. Misleading or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of Marketing Materials: Utilize the provided marketing materials to maintain consistency in messaging and branding. Unauthorized use of other materials is not allowed.
  • Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your promotion of the program.

Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Holistic Growth Reset Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Term of Participation: Your participation in the program will continue until terminated by either party. Evolutionary Body System reserves the right to terminate your participation at any time for violations of these terms.
  • Modification of Program: We may modify the program or these terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  • Price Adjustments: Occasionally, Evolutionary Body System may offer sales or discounts on the Holistic Growth Reset program packages. These discounts will be applied directly through our platform, and the final sale price, including any discounts, will be reflected on the offer pages and automatically updated in your affiliate links. Affiliates will still earn a 20% commission based on this final sale price. No action is required from affiliates regarding discounts or promotions.
  • Referral Conversion Window: Affiliates have a 30-day window after a customer clicks their referral link to earn a commission. If the customer makes a purchase within this timeframe, the sale will be credited to the affiliate.
  • Confidentiality: Any non-public information you receive about Evolutionary Body System or the Holistic Growth Reset Program must be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of promoting the program.
